Beschreibung: | Duties and responsibilities The successful candidate will become a part of an interdisciplinary group working in the field of Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry and PET imaging focused on the development of novel oncological tracers (e.g. PARP inhibitors). The position requires an ambitious, self-motivated and proactive individual, to perform the translation of radioorganic syntheses into fully automated production methods in accordance to cGMP requirements. The project will also include the development of novel radiosynthesis methodology, product formulation and quality control procedures. Qualifizierung: | Qualifications Candidates for these fellowships will be selected in accordance with motivation, skills and qualification. Applicants must have a: PhD in Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry or related fields with experience in PET radiochemistry and radiotracer synthesis. Experience in programing production sequences on modern synthesis platforms, preferably Trasis Allinone and GE Fastlab modules, reaction optimisation and purification methods. Excellent knowledge in the development of quality control procedures (TLC, HPLC, GC). Working experience with short-lived radionuclides, covalent labelling procedures as well as radiometal chemistry (experience with peptides and proteins would be advantageous). Good knowledge of cGMP guidelines. Personal qualities: Excellent communication skills and good command of English in both, oral and written form are a prerequisite. Ability and commitment to work flexibly, under pressure and to deadlines. |
Vergütung in EUR: | Salary corresponds to TV-L E13. |
