| Beschreibung: | Duties and responsibilities We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and proactive individual. You are a talented and passionate scientist who likes to take on new challenges and responsibilities, enjoys being part of a team, and appreciates working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary joint project of the departments of tumor biology and nuclear medicine. The candidate will use different molecular-, cell-, and immnuo-biology methods, in vivo mouse studies, and functional imaging in imaging/therapy trials in an exciting project at the interface of two medical disciplines (oncology and nuclear medicine) with direct translational significance. Your profile • Willingnes to work with and experience with rodent animal handling is a plus • In vivo imaging skills (PET, CT) are a plus but not mandatory • Experience with radiolabeling is a plus but not mandatory • Experience with cell culture sterile technique • Experience in molecular methods (DNA, RNA, protein isolation and analysis; biochemical assays, radiation sensitivity assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, immunohistochemistry) • Experience in tissue preparation and analysis (e.g. RNA-sequencing) is a plus • Flexible and team oriented way of working; candidate should be capable to work and communicate in an interdisciplinary team • Strong organizational abilities; able to work independently and follow through on as-signment • Able to organize and present results • Excellent command of English in both, oral and written form are a prerequisite • Ability and willingness to work flexibly |
| Qualifizierung: | • Diploma or master degree and a PhD degree in life or biomedical sciences (pharmacology, biology, (bio)chemistry, animal sciences, physiology, immunology) • Record of accomplishment including presentations at scientific conferences and/or peer-reviewed publications |
